Vintage "Australian Vogue Living"

Pin It Now! I picked up this beauty from 1971 at...you guessed it...another estate sale!

Isn't it great? "The Excitement Colours - how they can work decorating wonders." The cover shot certainly is exciting. All that fuchsia is so crazy, bright and cheerful, I can't help but love it!

Of course, the styling could use a little help. What's up with that trio of throw pillows?

  1. What does the article go on to say, just how do they work wonders with color? Do they discuss color and moods? Does the Brady Bunch live here or the Partridge Family? I think those pillows might be whoopee cushions.

  2. EB - I knew someone would want to know more! Perhaps a follow-up post with a few pics from the inside is in order.

  4. So much has changed for the better... design speaking.

With that sofa and coffee table that space is not gonna land it on any home design magazine these days... But the splash of colors is great.
